This site uses no profiling cookies and no tracking tools. The only personal data processed is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, e-mail address and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is used solely to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Processing and recipients

Messages are delivered through the EmailJS service and a Gmail (Google) mailbox. These providers process the data as processors, possibly on servers located outside the European Union, on the basis of standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Messages are kept in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship arising from it.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to francescogarutiart@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
